Major Feature Improvements and Changes

• Saving of all data and associated derived calculations are now performed in the background. The user no longer sees save/cancel options.
• Removal of the Heads Up Display (HUD) showing a progress spinner during save operations. The HUD is still shown when a user chooses a photo from their photo library or requests to reset the demo data only via settings.
• Creation of multiple Factors or Choices is improved via the inclusion of "Add Another .." feature.
• Editing notes now shows context of what this note relates to in the navigation title.
