MyMatrixMobile is an application that securely extends the Matrix software suite to approved mobile devices. For Connection Lifecycle Managers, MyMatrixMobile enables a mobile workforce to securely receive real-time action items, notifications, alerts and consult KPI metric dashboards across the Matrix software suite for rapid management results
Users of MyMatrixMobile must have an account on the Matrix platform. For more information about how to get access, please contact your Tangoe Customer Support Representative.
Authorized users can:
• Make informed decisions with immediate access to online and offline information
• Clear data visualization from multiple charts and graphs
• Keep business processes running smoothly by monitoring KPIs from the road
• Provide sales and field reps with the data they need to answer customer questions on the spot
• On-the-go notifications for real-time action items such as invoice and order approvals.
• Boost the productivity and effectiveness of workers in the field
• Deep linking into data source platforms
• A secure mobile app, data and communication experience
