MUKS draws inspiration from classic asteroids -style multiplayer cave shooters, such as TurboRaketti, AUTS, KOPS and so forth.

The main attraction of the game is the SKIRMISH mode, where you and your friend can battle against each other in 7 EXPLOSIVE SKIRMISH LEVELS. All the skirmish matches are HIGHLY CONFIGURABLE old-school style.
