IMPROVE YOUR DREAM RECALL
1) Fall asleep with a clear intent to remember your dreams.
2) Be awoken very gradually with the idea of remembering your dreams.
3) Speak a description of your dreams BEFORE OPENING YOUR EYES OR MOVING YOUR BODY.

IDEAL DREAM DICTATION
Studies have shown that dream recall is greatly decreased by opening your eyes or moving. Dream Globally allows you to “stay in your dream” while you dictate.

YOUR PRIVATE DREAM LIBRARY
Tag your dream with words that describe it, or just tap SAVE and your dream recording is date and time stamped and stored in your Dream Library. Your Dream Recordings NEVER LEAVE YOUR IPHONE.

A GLOBAL DREAM DATABASE
Tap UPLOAD and a “Dream Record” will be sent to DreamGlobally.com. The dream record shows the tags you entered, the date, your location and your username. You can search the global database to find other people’s dreams.

CONNECT
Send messages to people whose dream records interest you. Messages are sent via username in Dream Globally’s private message system, no email addresses are ever revealed and no email is sent.
