"Ask Carl This" is a YouTube project designed to bring transparency to the San Diego mayoral race for 2012. The Ask Carl This iOS App allows potential interviewers to download relevant questions for the mayoral candidate, and then (once taken), upload videos of the candidate's responses for others to view through the Ask Carl This YouTube channel.
