Shift and Holiday Manager is a must for anyone who works shifts. It can cope with a repeating shift patterns or ad-hoc shifts. Entry of the shift pattern or ad-hoc shifts is quick and easy. You can choose to repeat the shifts entered or not. You can also choose to append additional shifts to the pattern later or completely replace the pattern. The repeating element can be any number of days long e.g. 4 days on and then 4 off.

All of the features are available in the standard price; there are no in app upgrades to pay for the features you want. The standard features include an in app calendar, the ability to have multiple shift patterns, the ability to email any months shifts, and the ability to add the shifts to your iPhone calendar. Integration with your iPhone calendar allows you to keep track of all of your commitments in one place and allows integration with other iOS features like the information bar. The App supports up to 10 different shift types (day, night, back etc) and allows you to see when you will be working at any point in the future.

Track overtime hours worked with the ability to override hours for part shifts.

Keep track of holidays for one shift pattern. The holidays length can be calculated automatically from the shift pattern or can be set manually.

Record shift swaps. Shifts owed to you or shifts owed by you.

Compare shift patterns between entered dates in the application to identify common days off etc.

At any point you can remove all the shifts from your iPhone calendar and change the pattern you work.

Additional features include setting multiple alarms (if supported).

You can add shifts to existing patterns or replace existing patterns at any time. You can use multiple shift patterns to know when friends or relatives are working.
