‘Think It Out’ is an informative app which focuses on the key issues people are now faced with such as Depression, Suicide, Self Harm, Anxiety etc. It includes information regarding these issues such as some information and symptoms surrounding each and some guidance for friends who may need advice on how to help someone who they think may be struggling. It will also provide access to further support services already available that they can contact directly from the app.

Features:
With one in four people now suffering from Mental Health at some stage in their lives, this app will provide users with quick, easy at hand information and direct contact numbers to helplines so that when they are feeling low, or are worried about their friend, they do not need to spend time rifling through the internet looking for relevant support services or advice, but instead they have this app on their phone with all the information they need to help them or their friend get past that breaking point.

Users can email or phone a number of support organisations already existing directly from this app allowing for quick access to professionals who can help them.
