SimplyBoard is a monitoring application of your Contact Center operations where you can view your locations and skills statistics, no matter where you are. Here is the list of real-time statistics presented with this app. We will be adding new features based on your feedbacks with the upcoming updates.

With SimplyBoard you can easily manage your supervisor users by server-side. You can choose which supervisor user will see which locations and skills.
Monitor Avaya CMS Real-time Data with 5 seconds interval!
Thanks to our CMS Bridge Service, it is possible to use SimplyBoard also with low-bandwidth Edge Network Connection.
This application only works with a Separate Server Solution developed by Empatel and requires data connection like Wi-fi, 3G or Edge. Your data connection may be charged by the Cellular Service Provider.
