SimplyBoard is a monitoring application of your Contact Center operations where you can view your locations and skills statistics, no matter where you are. Thanks to our CMS Bridge Service, it is possible to use SimplyBoard also with low-bandwidth Edge Network Connection.

This application only works with a Separate Server Solution developed by Empatel and requires data connection like Wi-fi, 3G or Edge. Your data connection may be charged by the Cellular Service Provider.
