Evermanic is the fastest way to take a quick note on the go and have it safely stored into Evernote and organized just the way you like it.
Especially If you find yourself taking the same notes over and over again, Evermanic is the tool for you. Instead of having to set your notebook, tags, and titles each time you take a note, Evermanic will manage that for you via our profiles, which are like templates you create for your notes ahead of time.
How does Evermanic work?
You setup profiles of notes you take repeatedly. For example, a user might take a photo of meal receipts while out with clients. These receipts might have to be stored into a particular Evernote notebook and tagged in a particular fashion. You might even want the same note title for each receipt. Once you have configured your profile (template) with the characteristics of your choice you are ready to go.
Next time you are on the go and want to file a meal receipt you simply select the profile, snap a picture, and put your phone back in your pocket. Next time you open Evernote your meal receipt will be stored just the way you like it.
Or let's say you are decorating the room for your coming baby. You know this is a task that will take quite some time and will entail different types of notes, so you create the "baby room" profile.
While walking around in the mall you see the crib of your dreams. Open Evermanic, select your "baby room" profile and snap a picture. You go on with your day, but then you remember you need to call the painter to schedule the painting day. You quickly open Evermanic and select your "baby room" profile and record your voice note.
