All great leaders and people-persons are known for their ability to remember details about the people they are surrounded by. Many politicians and businesspeople keep a record of all the people they meet. This is called a Farley file, after President Roosevelt's campaign manager James Farley, who first introduced this with great success. Whenever people were scheduled to meet again with Roosevelt, Farley would review their files, allowing Roosevelt to meet them again knowing their spouse, their children's names and ages - anything which had come out of earlier meetings, and any other intelligence Farley added to the file. The effect was powerful and intimate. The Relations app gives you the same power right in your pocket.
