Once every two years, the footie season doesn't end in May. Happily, 2010 is one of those years, as England fly out to South Africa to compete for the game's greatest prize. And once again, we'll hear John Motson say "And England are in red tonight – reminiscent of that famous night in 1966." No doubt we'll also be reminded that you can't win the cup in the group stages, but you can certainly lose it, and that there are no easy games in international football any more.

You can play iPUBQUIZ - Football Edition 2010 anywhere, any time. On the way to a game in South Africa or on the way to the Dog and Duck with your mates. It's dead simple to play. Just press play, choose a category, then select an answer from the four options before the timer runs out. Get five questions right and you'll be entitled to a Bonus Round question: put the places, faces or names in the right order and you'll win a 50:50, a Pass or a Try Again. The fat lady only croons when you get a question wrong and you've run out of Try Agains.
If that happens, simply enter your name in the online Global High Score table and enjoy a bit of fame. Good, eh? Let's be honest, if a Brazilian had done it, we'd all be raving about it. It's a great advert for the game. I've seen them given for less, etc etc.
