Dora is counting to 10

Diligent mouse Dora is the first game of our educational ecosystem in mathematics.

Child is exploring numbers from 1 to 10 during playing gorgeous game as way through four seasons. Dora is helping her or him on the journey.

Every child can learn addition, difference and order of numbers.

Lessons are created for every kind of child – connections, completions, cross outs, colorings, building blocks, ordering.

WHY IS DORA DIFFERENT?

The game is inspired by Hejny method of math teaching.

THE VERY OWN KNOWLEDGE

The child creates his own knowledge based on his own effort. Knowledge is not pushed to him. He or she can learn self-activity in problem solving. He/she is playing, enjoying game and so child has positive relation with mathematics and education at all.

MISTAKES ARE OPPORTUNITY

The child is not collecting achievements, he or she has no lives. There is no fear in subconsciousness from mistakes, instead he/she takes it as opportunity for new discoverings. The game encourages trying and creativity.

THE INHERENT MOTIVATION

This game is based on the inherent motivation to explore. So kids are not forced to collect some points or rewards, there are no achievements. The biggest reward is new knowledge and kids joy from own success. Joy from exploring and learning is only the one long term motivation.

THE BRAIN–BASED EDUCATION

Kids are playing in four different environments: spring, summer, autumn and winter. Thanks to that, in the brain are creating widespread schemes connected to exact number. The number is construed by experience, not like memory note. The child understands coherencies and know how to use them in real life.
