Ever wondered why some days you are better at sports or sleep better than on other days? Ever wondered what is causing stomach upset or bloating? Ever wondered why some days you have more brain energy than others?

We often suspect certain foods, behaviours, or activities as being responsible for our health, level of functioning, and wellbeing, but now you can back your suspicions up with personalised diagnostics based on hard statistical analysis of your data.

This app uses advanced statistical techniques and database entry and storage functionality to analyse your personal data and look for trends that suggest correlations. It will then display messages that provide you with indicators of what is causing what, allowing you to tailor your diet, exercise routine, or indeed any 'dosage' you want to monitor, so that you can get the most from life and improve your chances of reaching your goals (whether they are to be happier, sleep better, perform better at sports, or indeed any 'response' you want to maximise or minimise).

In contrast to the sophisticated database and statistical functionality going on behind the scenes, the user interface is effortless and simple, and using the app could not be easier. Simply use the Input page to record your 'dosages' (what you've been doing, eating, smoking, or what exercises you've been doing etc) and 'responses' (how you felt, how you performed, how you slept, etc) and the time they occurred, and the app will build a database that records and processes the data ready for statistical analysis. Then simply use the Output page to view the results of the analysis and receive simple plain-English messages that serve to indicate what is causing what.
