Getting bored at the gym? Can't remember what exercise you were going to do way half-way through your workout because you're tired?

BOSS Fit Solo will build a custom workout class for you in seconds and guide you through your workout from start to finish. Each workout is processed through our unique algorithm to ensure you are getting the best workout possible. It will cycle through the different muscle groups intelligently and give you enough rest for your level.

Choose from 6 different types of classes or build an entirely custom class from over 300 activities! Choose from Circuit Training (Upper, Lower or Total Body), Pilates Ball, Core Abs, Dumbbell and Bench, Boxing and Yoga classes. Each class you create (except the yoga classes) will be randomly generated so you never have to repeat the same workout twice. There is no in-app purchasing. All classes are included!

Once you've created a class you may edit that class in any way. Remove, Change or Add activities. Change the work time or rest time between activities. Change the order of the activities. Save your class with a custom name for easy retrieval later.

Once you've created your class and reviewed your activities you are ready to work out! The Class Runner provides an easy to use interface so you can pause, skip backward or skip forward to any activity. The audio coach will guide you through the workout by instructing you when to begin, what workout you are doing, telling you when you should switch sides and instructing you when to rest. Play your favorite music on your phone while working out!
