Connected is a brand new app for managing your smart home from the palm of your hand. It allows you to integrate devices from different manufacturers including LIFX, Lockitron, Estimote and Myo. You can also use it to create interactions between your devices and automate your everyday life.

GET IN CONTROL
Connected allows you to control all of your devices from a single app – you don’t have to switch between multiple apps from different manufacturers. It displays the complete history of what’s recently happened at your home in an intuitive news feed.

AUTOMATE YOUR HOME
You can automate your home by creating recipes based on your presence or the time of day. Or, you can integrate the Myo armband to control your devices using hand gestures.

EASY AND CONVENIENT
Connected doesn’t require any additional hardware, so if you have compatible devices you can set everything up from your phone and you’re good to go. It’s also available on the Apple Watch, so you can control your home directly from your wrist. And thanks to Connected Cloud you can do all of that from any place in the world (as long as it has an Internet connection!)

SHARE WITH FRIENDS
You can also create multiple, social places – like “Home” and “Work” – and allow your friends to access them.

Version 1.1 brings couple of useful updates.

First of all, we're introducing integration with Lockitron! You are now able to open and close your doors using Connected app. And you can create recipes to do it automatically, for example when you enter or exit your home. Works on both iPhone and Apple Watch!

Second big improvement is sun recipe. It allows you to trigger actions on sunrise and sunset - e.g. turn on your lights. It can also automatically check if you're at home to make sure your lights are not turned on when you are away. And there is a small improvement to LIFX recipe - it can be executed only when it's dark outside so your lights are not turned on in the middle of the day.

Lastly, we squashed couple of bugs and introduced plenty of small improvements. Everything should be more reliable, smoother and even more intuitive.
