Based on the Adlard Coles book of the International Certificate of Competence (ICC) by Bill Anderson.
The International Certificate of Competence App is an essential learning and revision aid for anyone taking the ICC test. Many European countries require skippers of visiting yachts to hold a Certificate of Competence. While most experienced skippers are able to handle their boats with confidence, there are rules and regulations that all skippers should know. For those unsure of what the test entails, this app provides the answers to questions such as:
What will I be asked about?
How much of the basics have I forgotten?
How many of the regulations have I never really known?
The International Certificate of Competence App aims to answer exactly these types of questions.
