This Mobile Healing App also contains, Suggestions and a vibrational Alpha tone in the background to stimulate the bodies energy frequencies, it also contains uplifting music with underlying subliminal suggestions for strength and energy that are presented in both an inaudible frequency and in underlying positive statements. The mind joins the body in a rhythmic flight of energy.

Meditation is an effective way to relax and reduce anxiety. By progressively concentrating on different areas of the body and imagining physical relaxation, mental relaxation will follow.

Mental relaxation itself is an altered state and helps the mind and body to be more responsive to suggestions & learning.

Hanser and Thompson (1994) characterize music as a cognitive behavioral therapy because it incorporates these four basic principles in its effectiveness as a therapeutic approach: A stimulus for 1, deep body relaxation, 2, positive imagery and mood, 3, clear thinking, incompatible with worrying, and 4, a pleasant potentially reinforcing event.
