iCEM Mobile application for user experience management. The App measures and rates your mobile subscription's performance from your actual internet traffic and it allows you to send trouble tickets within few seconds. It tells you how good your operator's services are in your current location.
By running the App you help operator to see how well the mobile networks are performing from customers' viewpoint. All the gathered information is highly confidential and includes only connection and internet traffic performance related metrics. The App cannot access to your confidential information such as data content, web URLs, SMSs.
