Ready List is an app that allows you to capture property information, photos, and contract, while you're at the property. Everything is automatically uploaded and ready for you back at the office.
1. Visit the client's property with Ready List on your iPad.
2. Use Ready List to capture client and property details.
3. Walk around the property and record each room's details (including photos).
4. Discuss terms with the client and have them digitally sign your contract there and then.
5. Your office staff can access the instruction immediately via the Ready List website and process it.
