This program is intended as a sleep/meditative/energizing aid using combination
of binaural sounds and visual stimulation.
WARNING: People who are epileptic, pregnant, underage or might have any
negative reaction to blinking light should use app ONLY with “light off”
switch.
Use of binaural sounds and their affect on human state of conscience was researched for years (most famous example - Monroe Institute). It was proved that different tone has different effect “tuning” brain to corresponding state (sleep, awake, visual meditative).
Delta 0.5-4Hz - deep sleep
Theta - 4-7Hz - meditation, vizualization
Alpha - 7-12Hz-relaxation, learning
Beta - over 13 Hz - awake, concentration
In this app 2 more options are presented:
“Shuman” -as for Shuman resonance, Earth natural frequency (7.83 +-0.5Hz),
listening to it should produce calming, healing effect. “Shaman” - plays track of real shaman drum, might be used for meditative practices.
User can choose to play one of nature sounds or mantra and have binaural as background. Desired session time is set on main screen (time picker), default -15min.
