Lift Me Up aims to promote mental health & mental well being. Use the app to help boost your happiness levels. Everybody has bad and rough days and the solution is not to simply "man up", it's okay to accept we're not okay. We all need a lift me up from time to time.
Lift Me Up allows you to select from many different moods, read inspirational quotes tailored to your mood and track moods from the last week/year. As well as this Lift Me Up features a separate help section for anyone needing extra info/help.
