-The “eat” list is a daily prescription of food to eat. Of course, users are encouraged to stop eating whenever they feel satiated. If you are able to eat the daily prescription, users will have a "free day" in which they can eat anything they’d like or even fast.
-Gainer provides you with the most individualized muscle-building plan there is. However, it does operate off of many statistical averages. Everyone’s body, habits and access to nutrition are unique. Make sure to stop eating if you are ever full or satiated. Based on the results you observe, you can also adjust your total calories consumed per day by integrals of 5%. The default setting is for serious bodybuilders. If you are working out casually, we recommend decreasing your total calories consumed by 25%. Whatever percent you select will always be relative to the default caloric recommendation for your particular body type and age.
