Description
Want to know if your favorite server, bartender or Chef is working tonight? If you follow them
on WaiteRater you will. Kind of like a “Yelp” for customer service, you can search for a specific
restaurant and see if they have waiters with high ratings. You can make notes, “Jane from
Gjelina in Venice is great at pairing wines,” so the next time you visit you can be seated in her
section. You can even see how others rate her and be notified when she’s working.
Patron Features
● Search for restaurants and bars near you
● Receive notifications when your favorite Servers, Bartenders or Chefs go on the
clock(are working?)
● See updates from those you follow about daily specials or where they are working
● Keep personal notes or tabs on those you follow
● Write reviews on the waiter and see an overall rating on them

Server/Bartender/Chef Features
● Promote yourself by letting your followers know when you’re working
● Alert followers to specials, or just invite them to come in
● See how your follower rate you (by average) so you know where you can improve
● Track how your rating translates into gratuity
● Follow other colleagues and see how your rating compares to theirs
