A typical corporate Employee Performance Measurement system centers around yearly Performance Appraisals between the supervisor/manager and the employee. In these meetings goals for the next year are established and current year’s performance is discussed. This appraisal talk is usually dreaded by both manager and employee alike, and for many it becomes simply a “paper exercise” that has to be done. Today’s work and business environment is too dynamic to leave performance measurements to a yearly exercise.
The SLIPScore approach will:
- Continuously adapt to the dynamic business environment you operate in
- Provide a continuously updated score that allows for performance trending and comparison with others over time and across corporate boundaries
- Measure how well the employee manages and meets the Manager’s expectations
- Measure how well the employee performs on objective and tangible measures
