Wallpaper Set lets you freely resize, rotate and position your picture in order to use it as your custom iOS 7 wallpaper. This application shows your wallpaper exactly how you want it to be. You are even able to choose if your output wallpaper is fit for either Reduce Motion On or Off.
Optimized for all iPhone and iPad version. This application is available in English, French and Vietnamese (you can choose your favorite language in Setting)
