We have created this app of yoga nidra meditations to help you step into your well-rested woman.
What do we mean by the Well-Rested Woman?
1. You will feel more well-rested in body and mind. Yoga nidra is a sleep-based meditation technique that profoundly relaxes both body and mind.
2. You will sleep better. Yoga nidra is an all-natural BFF for any sleep issues you have, quieting the mind to a thoughtless state so you can fall asleep at night and fall back to sleep if you're a middle of the night waker.
3. You remember who you are and all you can be. Beyond deep relaxation and peace, yoga nidra points you back to your true nature. It's exhausting when we are not living in alignment with all we can be in the world. Yoga nidra gently brings you back to knowing what you have always known: that you rock and you have many gifts to share with the world.
