Badcave Loot

Badcave Loot by Fudõshin Design is a trading card pricing application for Magic: The Gathering™ that provides stunning, high resolution images of the cards in Wizards of the Coast's™ Standard Format for MTG games, and the best-of-class user experience.

Card pricing information is provided through MTGPrice.com’s Fair Trade pricing analytics, which delivers a single, accurate and meaningful price for each card in Standard and builds a historical trend which traders can easily review to reach agreement on card values.

It has been purpose-built for the iPhone to take advantage of the advanced technology only available on that platform, including Retina™ and Core Data™ technologies which combine in a simple, intuitive user-interface that looks absolutely stunning!

Badcave Loot provides gorgeous images of nearly every card from Return To Ravnica™, Gatecrash™, Dragon’s Maze™, Magic Core Set 2014™ and Theros™, and historical pricing data for each; subsequent editions in Standard will be made available as in-App Purchase as they are released.

Fudõshin Design worked closely with The Badcave to understand the needs of trading card game players, and have ensured the information for every card in Standard is only ever a press and a swipe or two away, without need for the familiar, but time-consuming and tedious search fields of similar Apps.

Unlike those other Apps, there is no aggravating waiting for information or prices to be updated. The information is updated in real-time, but takes advantage of Apple technology to ensure those processes take place in the background, and never interrupts the user experience.

It is the fastest and most straightforward App of its kind available on any platform, and our extensive testing and development showed time and again that our users were delighted that every card in Standard was just a press and a swipe away (or sometimes maybe two).

Users can sort the cards by name or price, depending on their interest; and then flag them for even faster reference in their own customised Loot List, which will be of particular value to those card collectors who open a pack in a Limited event only to ask themselves "erm ... have I got that one, or not?"

The next update is already in development to include the same superlative ease of reference for all the cards in the Born of the Gods™ edition, due for release by Wizards of the Coast™ on February 8th. The update should be available for Badcave Loot by late February.
