QuiverAce is the FREE iPhone App for windsurfing. It takes the guess work out of working out which sail and, more importantly, which fin to take out on the water, meaning more productive time on the water.
By entering some info about yourself, the sails, boards and fins in your quiver, QuiverAce does all the heavy lifting to recommend which rig setup to take on the water for any given riding style such as Waves, Freeride, Slalom and Formula. It even knows whether you'll be over or under powered and will recommend the ideal fin and board so you'll have more fun and are able to concentrate on nailing the next step towards windsurfing heaven, be that planing, water starting or the all important forward loop.
QuiverAce also has a Buying Guide section where you can buy charts to show what size kit would be a good next purchase. It will recommend board sizes for a range of boards from beginner to high wind speed needles, all based on your weight. QuiverAce will also look at the sails you currently have and highlight any holes you have in your sail quiver, meaning less money wasted on sail that may never get used. Fins are a hugely overlooked area, however QuiverAce will suggest fin sizes of different types which can be paired with your existing sails, whether over powered, under powered or just right. This is so important in making you board feel under control and planing early.
