BeaconToolbox - Utility app for Beacon

BeaconToolbox is a tool designed to help you check, discover, debug, deploy, calibrate and simulate Apple's Bluetooth LE iBeacon™ Technology.

THIS APP ONLY WORKS ON BTLE ENABLED DEVICES, SUCH AS: iPhone 4S or greater, iPad 3 or greater and iPad Mini. Other devices don't have support for Bluetooth LE.
