Dance Steps - Your dance steps list

This application is designed for all those who teach or attend (or have attended or will attend) a dance course or who have to deal with steps and techniques to memorize.

WARNING: There are no prefilled steps, this app is NOT a dance course.

This app allows you to insert your steps and manage them through lists and tags in a totally customizable way, according to your thought patterns.
The same for palces: you'll enter your favorite ones.
No one else can do it better than you.

Passes and places will be managed through screens and functions that will make your life easier.
Consider Dance Steps as your personal dance-assistant.. in your pocket.


What you can do with Dance Steps?

You can organize your steps in groups and subgroups.
No constraint, you choose the logic that you like best.
By dance, by year, by course, by teaches? A mix of these?
You can all you want.

For each step, you can:

- Add photo and video (from the library or taking immediately)
- Add it to favorites
- Add to 'to do' list
- Write your description
- Add your notes
- Assign a difficulty level
- Assign YOUR tags (Crucial to remember the steps most effectively

Then view steps by date or favorites, to do or by difficulty; searches in texts or displays the steps by your tags.

Do you love challenges? Shake your device, you'll get a random step!


What are tags?

Tags are labels.
With a clever use of the tags you can match each step to one or more categories: steps that start from open or close coupled, steps to do alone, that follow after a particular hold or step or what women like best or.. OK .. you can create tags according to YOUR needs.

Only you know the mental processes that allow you to organize steps in order to remember them better.

In any case, you'll have at your fingertips all the steps that are matched with that tag.

And after a 'paso basico cruzado'?
Or again, in salsa, which steps can be performed after two handed hold?

... believe me, it is faster for you to enter your tags than for me to explain the theory.



Dancing places

You will manage the dance clubs with the same logic of groups and subgroup

For every place you can:

- Add a photo
- Rate it
- Add it to favorites
- Add it to 'to see' list
- Enter information about address and contacts and connect to the website, email, or make a call (depending on the device and carrier) from the app
- Enter the days when a place is open
- Share all info by email

You will get a list of favorite ones, places to see, grouped by rating or by openday, or search in the texts.

Shaking your device you will get a place among all or only among those open that day.


Smart menus!

All this is managed through smart menus: just one button to access to all functions according to the area where you are.

You won't go mad, I promise! Every function has its own guide.


I love to dance, I love the colors ... but I want to choos MY style.

We could not agree more.
We are allowed to choose colors and graphics, but we realize that dancing is something completely subjective, as well as style and colors, so it should be the same for an app so personal.
Not only do we realize so many themes to choose from, but you can create your own ones and save them, changing the color of each item!

And there are still many settings you can configure: how sorting elements, the choice of using pictures or icons and many others.
