This App:
・contains over “55” recipes mainly for daily Japanese cooking, and we will continue adding new recipes.
・includes both extremely simple recipes and a few that an experienced chef would be proud of
・has been supervised by a Japanese “Washoku” chef, and the directions are easy to follow for beginner.
You can easily get and ingredients and cooking tools by the links to “Amazon.com”.
It’ll be helpful for reference to choose ingredients or tools as well. (Meanwhile, we offer the links of only “U.S. amazon”.)
As you may know, “Washoku” -Japanese cuisine- was registered as an Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO.
