The app that aerospace and automotive engineers were waiting for is now available for iOS!! iFEM lets you manage NASTRAN Finite Element Models on your iPhone, iPad Mini and iPad in a fast, powerful and friendly way. Different formats such as .nas, .bdf, .dat can be loaded straightaway from your emails, DropBox and others as well as the .zip compressed format of the same ones.
Ideal for professionals as well as for students, iFEM can interrogate the model and check all the information related to nodes, elements (0D, 1D, 2D, 3D), rigids, equations, coordinate systems etc and the FE information is presented to match the NASTRAN card formats.
A powerful display interface enables the user to easily present and manage model viewings by element types, properties, materials and sets. Suitable for FEM developers that are looking for a portable supporting tool away from their desk!
iFEM will feature a continuosly expanding interface with new tools and additions allowing the user to get even more pre- and post-processing capabilities in the future.
