BLE Explorer is a useful tool for developing Bluetooth Low Energy hardware and software.
With this tool, you can scan any BLE devices in your vicinity, connect to them, and browse profiles.
Also, BLE Explorer can simulate any BLE devices. Let's suppose that you are developing an application which connect to some BLE device, and you are in trouble because you cannot get the device. But, no problem with BLE Explorer. This tool will turn your phone into the BLE device you need.
