For on-the-go tracking of Real Magnet emails and integrated social posts, Real Magnet customers get comprehensive, real-time stats including opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes, social interaction, conversions and conversion values, all from a convenient, user-friendly interface. App interface provides a graphical view of tracking results with easy searching between messages and multiple accounts.


· Message Tracking
The easy-to-understand and intuitive app interface allows Real Magnet customers to view a list of recent messages, scroll to view older messages in order of send date, and search for messages by message name using a simple touch screen.

View delivery details all from a single pane, including the quantity and percentage of:

Sent and Delivered
Opened and Clicked
Unsubscribed
Bounced
Conversions, gross opens and gross clicks (if enabled in your account)

· Demographics
Comprehensive demographic information is included in the main screen to help Real Magnet customers determine:

Email client used to view your message
Mobile devices used to view your message
Mobile opens (the % of people who opened on mobile vs pc)
Browsers used to access your messages
Instantly view the top performer in each category, or click one of the categories for a complete breakdown of category details

· Multi-Account Monitoring
Real Magnet’s iPhone app allows customers to access as many Real Magnet accounts as they have permissions to use. Sub-account users with multiple account permissions can toggle between Real Magnet accounts to track all of the emails sent from various divisions or subsidiaries of their company. This feature allows for high-level account administration with full mobile monitoring and the ability to communicate metrics on the go.

· Analytics Tracking
For customers who have third party analytics provisioned in their account, Real Magnet can track actual conversions from their website and report them back to them in the iPhone app.

Customers get real-time conversion tracking of registrations, product sales, length of time a customer stays on a web page and many other metrics.

· Social Tracking
Any messages that sent to social networks through the Real Magnet email/social integration available on the Real Magnet Send page will be included in the overall iPhone app tracking.

Real Magnet customers have the ability to track clicks and conversions, likes, shares, comments, conversions and conversion value, all within the iPhone screen.
