OM Computer lets you easily draw your own process flow. Even more, we identify essential information, such as critical path and bottleneck activity. We are able to deliver these important information by using discrete event simulations. These simulations give you a snapshot which resembles actual events, as opposed to relying on pure theoretical calculations. Inputs are processed on a first-in first-out (FIFO) basis.
We are confident that OM Computer can save you at least 90% of the time you would have to spend doing the same simulation with your typical spreadsheet software.
