Fitness Progress is a comprehensive iPhone app designed for users seeking control over their fitness endeavors. It allows you to track multiple facets of your fitness journey, such as steps taken, distance traveled, calories burned, and beyond.
For a comprehensive data display, we recommend using an iPhone paired with an Apple Watch. The Apple Watch collects a wider range of data than the phone alone. Please note that without an Apple Watch, some data may not be available.

Stay on top of tour progress with Our App! Monitor your daily activity, track your streak, and review your year’s closed rings. Plus, easily compare your performance over the Last 7 or 28 days with previous results.

Discover your peak performance days: Our App identifies your best days for activities such as Move, Exercise, Steps, and Walking or Running Distance. Plus, sort them by time periods, Including This Year, the Last 14 Days, All-Time Records and more.
STREAK
Track your lengthiest streaks: Easily monitor your longest streak days for Move, Exercise, and Standing. Plus, Use our handy filtering feature to sort your data by specific time periods.
TOTAL
Get a comprehensive overview of your activities: Easily review your total burned kilocalories, exercise duration, step count, distance traveled, and hours spent standing for at least 5 minutes. Below, dive into detailed workout summaries, sorted by training type, which provide total duration, burned kilocalories, and distance covered.
AVERAGE
View your average Burned Kilocalories, Exercise Duration, Step Count, Traveled Distance, and Hours spent Standing for at least 5 minutes per day. Explore your average daily activity Hour by Hour through Interactive Charts, allowing you to easily track values for each hour.
Moreover, within the Settings on the Home Tab, you have the option to switch energy units between kilocalories and kilojoules, as well as distance units between kilometers and miles.

Your health data remains anonymous, processed solely on your device without being transmitted or stored externally.
The application supports iOS versions starting from 17.0. Read access to all data from the Apple Health app is necessary for the proper functioning of the application. You can adjust your granted access at any time within the Apple Health application.
