DayDayFit

Day Day Fit 是由香港理工大學專業及持續教育學院學生事務處(CSAO）建立的手機應用程式。身為PolyU HKCC或 PolyU SPEED學生的你，可以利用Day Day Fit 內一系列有關健康的資訊 (資訊)、體能訓練的建議影片 (健身)、健康的問答遊戲等 (問答遊戲)，能為你提供寶貴、貼心的健康資訊之外，更提醒你在忙碌的日常生活中，運動對身體的重要性，以及如何有效地管理自己的健康。為提高趣味及互動性，本應用程式特設Day Day Fit Coins獎賞計劃，學生參與本應用程式內的活動，例如閱讀健康資訊、收看體能訓練建議影片、回答有關健康的問題，可獲Day Day Fit Coins。學生可於CSAO服務台以Day Day Fit Coins 兌換相應的禮品。

CSAO致力培育你的全人發展，每年均提供多元化活動，協助你為將來貢獻社會、追尋人生目標作好準備。為促進你的身體健康、心理健康、正向思考、健康生活，以及溝通及領導技巧，CSAO 舉辦形形色色的個人成長活動；我們的學生輔導主任亦樂於隨時聆聽你們分享生活上的高低起伏。另外，CSAO亦會舉辦一系列遊學、文化、探索團，協助你擴闊環球視野及學懂欣賞多元文化。另外，學院更設有不同類型的獎學金及培育基金，表揚你在學業或全人發展方面的出色表現與成果。

Day Day Fit is a mobile application established by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University College of Professional and Continuing Education Student Affairs Office (CSAO). As a student of PolyU HKCC or PolyU SPEED, you can utilize Day Day Fit to access a variety of health-related information (Message), workout videos (Fitness), health games (Q & A Games) etc. that provide valuable and considerate health information, remind you of the importance of exercise in your busy daily life, and how to effectively manage your health. To enhance fun and interaction, students can earn Day Day Fit Coins by participating in activities within the app, such as reading health information, watching workout videos and answering health-related questions. Students can redeem corresponding gifts with Day Day Fit Coins at the CSAO service counter.

CSAO is committed to fostering your all-round development by offering diverse activities every year to assist you in preparing for contributing to society and pursuing life goals. To promote your physical and mental health, positive thinking, healthy living, communication and leadership skills, CSAO provides various personal growth activities and our Student Counselling Officers are always willing to listen to your ups and downs in life. In addition, CSAO also organizes a series of study tours, cultural and exploratory trips to help you broaden your global perspective and learn to appreciate diverse cultures. Moreover, the College also offers different types of scholarships and nurturing funds to recognize your outstanding performance and achievements in academic or all-round development.
