24/7 GYM: The equipment available within the 24/7 space is first-class. We've got multiples of all the machines you're usually waiting around for - dumbbells up to 50kgs, stairmasters, six power racks, belt squat machine, and all that spicy stuff we know you love.
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING: Our experienced and passionate staff take you through a science based 45-minute functional workout, catering towards your specific goal. Monday, Wednesday and Friday are strength days, where the group split to further individualise your workout. Tuesday and Thursday are our cardio burners, with Saturday your team builder community workout. Training blocks flow through a range of testing, challenge and deload phases to ensure you're always progressing with your training.
REFORMER PILATES: Improve your strength, balance and flexibility with Project Reform's innovative Reformer Pilates sessions. Our experienced and passionate staff take you through a hybrid 50-minute workout, beginning with an opener designed to increase joint mobility and balance. Transitioning into the main session block of strength/cardio focused Reformer Pilates.
RECOVERY ZONE: Recovery isn't just for athletes. Rest and recovery are an important piece of everybody's training - maximise your performance during sessions, and feel physically and mentally refreshed for your next workout with Recovery at Project Reform.
Compression boots are designed to increase blood circulation, helping to combat muscle soreness and fatigue post workout, delivering fresh blood that helps repair and rebuild muscles, tendons, and ligaments - all while treating yourself to a soothing massage.
Like our compression boots, Project Reform's infrared sauna helps relieve muscle soreness and improves blood circulation, while detoxifying the body, and leaving you relaxed and refreshed.
As part of every Project Reform membership you get discounted access to the Recovery zone for all booked sauna and compression boot sessions.
