CSAO MeTime

MeTime 是由香港理工大學專業及持續教育學院學生事務處 (CSAO) 建立的手機應用程式。身為PolyU HKCC或PolyU SPEED學生，你可以利用MeTime 內一系列自我關懷練習和素材，以錄音、文章及影片分門別類，讓你學會悅納與善待自己，在急速的生活步伐與熙攘喧鬧的環境裡，尋得平靜和喜樂。

CSAO致力培育你的全人發展，每年均提供多元化活動，協助你為將來貢獻社會、追尋人生目標作好準備。為促進你的心理健康、正向思考、健康生活，以及溝通及領導技巧，CSAO舉辦形形色色的個人成長活動；我們的學生輔導主任亦樂於隨時聆聽你們分享生活上的高低起伏。另外，CSAO亦會舉辦一系列遊學團，協助你擴闊環球視野及學懂欣賞多元文化。其次，為提高你的升學及就業的競爭力，CSAO轄下的升學及就業中心為你提供銜接學位課程資料、就業市場資訊及個人諮詢服務。學院更設有不同類型的獎學金及培育基金，表揚你在學業或全人發展方面的出色表現與成果。

MeTime, a mobile app created by the Student Affairs Office of the College of Professional and Continuing Education of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (CSAO), provides a selection of self-care resources categorised into recordings, articles and videos. As a PolyU HKCC or PolyU SPEED student, you can make use of these resources to enhance your well-being and help you focus, unwind and improve your state of mind in a fast-paced and bustling environment.

The CASO is committed to enhancing your whole-person development. Each year, we provide a broad array of activities to help you get prepared to contribute to society and to chase your life goals. To enhance your psychological well-being, positive thinking, healthy living as well as communication and leadership skills, the CSAO brings you a wide spectrum of personal growth activities. Our student counselling officers are also ready to listen to the ups and downs in your life. Furthermore, we organise a series of outbound study tours to expand your global vision and facilitate your appreciation of cultural diversity. To strengthen your competitiveness in further studies and employment, our Further Studies & Career Centre offers you articulation information, career market updates and personal consultation services. Besides, the College offers different scholarships and support funds to recognise your outstanding performance and achievements, from academic to whole-person development.
