Snooze (morning exercises) - single poses and short sequences you can do to start the day without even getting out of bed.
Perk Up (mid-day exercises) - single poses and short sequences you can do throughout the day whether you're at home or at work.
Nightfall (nighttime exercises) - single poses, short sequences and guided relaxations you can do at night to prepare yourself for a worry-free night's sleep.

As an entrepreneur herself, Rina understands the challenges time creates for many of us, which is why she developed Snooze Yoga. Sparing no attention to detail, Snooze Yoga is a complete mobile app with beautifully rendered video demonstrations and pictures, accompanied by Rina's own voice instructions as well as relaxing musical selections.
