Thanks Giving is a great Practice and should be done daily.

This app is designed to exploit GRATITUDE and gain Abundance in all areas of your Life.

Features include
1) Check your Gratitude Quotient
2) Know more about Gratitude
3) Add or Express Gratitude under 7 aspects of life.
4) View all the Expressed Gratitude under 7 aspects of life. You can also see your gratitude split (in %) across these 7 aspects.(Whichever Area the % is higher, that Area of your Life will be better than others)
5) Click on Done button to express gratitude as much times as you wish to do so on a particular blessing.
6) Share your Blessings to your near and dear ones via Email. This can be edited and hence can be sent in airplane mode also and will be sent based on internet availability.
7) Delete a single, group or all blessings to Restart Practice.
8) Set/Reset Reminders of hourly/daily/weekly/monthly so that you remain focused to expressed Gratitude.

Gratitude can turn a persons mind from Negative to Positive.

Lets Take an Example:-
You may have car , money , savings , but you may not have a beach side house. If you focus your attention on not having beach side house, then you feel poor and unhappy, but if you focus your attention on what you have i.e your car, money, savings , you feel rich and content and happy.

This clearly tells its all a matter of saying "THANKS" or better "THANKS a LOT" to what you have.
