Proposé par les opérateurs de télécommunications le roaming permet aux usagers de téléphones mobiles de pouvoir appeler et être appelés dans un pays étranger. Pour cela, les opérateurs de différents pays passent des accords de roaming, afin que les téléphones de leurs abonnés puissent se connecter en toute transparence à un réseau mobile étranger si nécessaire. Ce service est évidemment payant et les tarifs des communications sont très variables – mais généralement très élevés– d'un opérateur à l'autre. Comment ça marche?
1 – Inscription
Remplisser le formulaire sur http://roamingtelecom.com (c'est rapide et gratuit); donnez votre nom, numéro de téléphone mobile ainsi que votre mail.
2 – Télécharger
Téléchargez l’appli sur votre smartphone
3 – Activez le service
Composez simplement sur votre mobile :
