In the museum building, which is registered as “Immovable Cultural Asset to Be Protected”, there are Archaeological and Ethnographic exhibition halls which are structured separately from each other.

A chronological exhibition beginning from Chalcolithic Age found in Alacahöyük and Kuşsaray exhibitions is realized in Archaeology Hall. This is followed by the display windows in which Old Bronze Age Resuloğlu Graveyard Excavation findings and Alacahöyük excavation findings are being displayed. The burial ceremony pertaining to the Old Bronze Age Alacahöyük tomb which is being displayed in accordance with its original form is animated virtually. The visitors are able to obtain information interactively by touching the screen.

Through the screen next to the anaglyphic vases unearthed during the archaeological excavations carried out in Çorum (Boğazköy-Hattusa, Alacahöyük, Ortaköy-Shapinuwa, Yörüklü-Hüseyindede), and which have a special place among the unearthed Hittite artifacts within the museum collection, visitors are able to obtain interactive information about the artifacts. Besides, in the Hittite architecture exhibition area, it is possible to take a walk virtually with a Hittite chariot around the ruins of Hittite capital Hattusa. The Phrygian findings unearthed during Pazarlı excavation are followed by Boğazköy-Hattusa and Alacahöyük artifacts belonging to the same period. The displays of Galatian, Roman and Byzantian ceramic, glass, and metal artifacts succeed the Phrygian period. In this hall, a sundial dated to the Roman Period is being displayed together with its working system. Besides, there is a rich coin collection in the museum composed of Hellenistic, Roman provincial and official coins as well as coins belonging to Byzantian and Islamic periods in the museum.
