iSleeping by iSommeil: my mobile watches over my sleep
This application helps you to understand your sleep patterns and makes your mobile phone a tool to improve your sleep.
iSommeil tracks you all night long, from the moment you fall asleep with the help of relaxing music and an orange/red light play, to when you gently wake up to music and an energising blue light. Select your music from our playlist or your own favourites.
The v2 of the application allows you to;
- Improve your waking up: The intelligent combination of luminotherapy and music gives you a pleasant and revitalising wake up.
- Analyse snoring and pauses in your breathing: the microphone records snoring and any delays in your breathing pattern, and you can listen to the recording via your headphones the next day.
- Analyse the way you move during the night: the accelerometer records how long it takes for you to fall asleep and you can see all the phases of your sleep cycles on a graphic read-out in the morning.
- Export all your data for further review to isommeil.com.
- Test your alertness: The proof of a good night’s sleep is in your next day’s performance. Check the quality of your sleep by testing your alertness during the day with the test game which measures your response times.
- Improve your sleep by consulting our expert advice: information to help you understand how sleep works and tips to help you deal with any symptoms or disorders which may be affecting your sleep.
Attention: keep your iPhone on to ensure correct functioning of the application. Do not let it revert to standby.
