The Telkom App provides customers with an easy-to-use portal in order to manage their voice and data needs.
Log faults, check balances and more from the convenience of your iOS device.
Features include:
•Telkom Direct Store Locator – Using your device's built in camera, pan your surroundings to locate a nearby store.
•Promotions – View the latest promotions
•Fault Management – Log and track faults for any issues you may be experiencing on your line
•Order Management – Track orders for any new purchases you have requested
•View Balance – Get your latest billed balance, and view the last amount paid at your convenience
Note: You will require a valid associated ID for authentication on any account related activity
