- The tutorial has been redesigned. It is now self-contained and lasts from the moment you create a character to Hopper 1.
- You will now need to buy Caps from the Stash House. This price is set by the Gang Boss, and the current street price is designed for you to make a slight profit (quick sale), or a higher profit with buyer interaction.
- The Stash House interface has been redesigned.- You can now initiate a Quick Fight by tapping the red crossed guns icon in any city block.
- The World listing for finding a fight has been redesigned. You'll now see the player's Tops stats in banners, as well as whether they are a New Player or have Immunity.
- You can now attack Armored Trucks at any profession. These are tough fights, but they reward high Cash and XP.
- You can now purchase Companions to help you in fights. Companions will improve your defensive skills.
- You can now purchase fight Immunity for a short time. This will make you completely unattackable for the duration.
- Many Actions now require a certain weapon to complete them. You can buy multiple weapons in the Store.
- The Grow Corner has been redesigned. Now accessible at any level, the Grow Corner allows the growing of Common Product to trade or sell.
- The Boost Facility is a brand new facility that allows you to use Common Product to make a variety of Health Boosts to trade or sell.
- You will need to choose between a Boost Facility or a Grow Corner. You cannot have both!
- You can now start a Gang at Hopper.
- The game UI has been improved to be brighter, cleaner, and more responsive.
- You can now access the Main Menu with just a swipe on the top bar.
- A new intro slideshow has been added. You can skip this slideshow by tapping "Skip" in the lower right corner.
