Buscouver is the first transit app to use real-time bus data for Vancouver. Enter any bus stop sign number to see the next 60 minutes of buses arriving at that stop.

The data comes from TransLink™. I have no affiliation with TransLink, but they are awesome because they encourage third party developers like me. There's not much I can do if the data is occasionally wrong buy I've found it to be extremely reliable in my own usage.
If you doubt that real time data is truly available, please do some research (Read TransLink™'s buzzer blog!) before posting a review.
