Have you ever been curious about what makes people do the things they do? Or, have you ever thought about why certain people do certain things?
Those questions, and much more, is the study of Psychology.
And more specifically, human behavior.
The world of Psychology is vast and complex... but the recent origins of the Human Potential Movement (from the perspective of Psychology) have it's roots in quite a bit of work that was done between the early 1900's and that continues today.
This work includes Cognitive Therapy, Person-Centered Work, Gestalt Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and Collective Unconscious, just to start with.
And the creators of these ideas are amazing men... which is why I wrote this App as an introduction to Carl Jung, Fritz Perls, Carl Rogers, Albert Ellis and Aaron T. Beck.
This App was designed to be an introduction to all of these bodies of work and offers much more.
