This application launches with four important and vital calculators which help determine the following:

- Body Mass Index Rating.
- Basal Metabolic Rate.
- Total Daily Energy Expenditure.
- Target Heart Rate.

** Basal Metabolic Rate calculations are used by health professionals to determine the daily calorific expenditure of a person through a sedentary lifestyle, ie the amount of calories the human body burns on a daily basis performing vital functions such as breathing.

** Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) calculation is a continuation of the Basal Metabolic Rate and produces a calorific count based on a persons projected lifestyle (either light, moderate, hard or extreme) which takes into account daily activity and exercise.

** Body Mass Index rating has been used for many years to do determine an individuals body fat and is plotted on an industry accepted scale.

** Target Heart Rate calculation is used to determine the optimum heart rate an individual should be looking to achieve during exercise to gain the maximum benefits. This calculation takes into account age and a resting heart rate.

All four of these calculations are vitally important to human health and well being with the results being able to tell you whether or not you are on the road to health and vitality.
